• 15 years of dedicated experience in Master planning, urban design & Landscape Architecture.
• Planned, designed, managed & participated in approximately 126.5 Million Sqm & more than 100 projects in Egypt, Qatar, Kuwait, Sudan, United Arab Emirates, Syria, Libya & Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Starting the project from the kickoff meeting by studying project land and researching process then initiating Conceptual design.
• Covering the following project stages (Pre conceptual stage – Concept stage- Schematic Masterplan – Design development- Detailed Masterplan stage).
• Working closely with the Landscape & Architecture design teams, Roads, Infrastructure and Geotechnics consultants.
• Involved in the arrangement and design of clusters, public spaces, Roads/transport systems, services, and determine land uses.
• Extensive Experience in Master Planning management for residential, industrial, commercial projects along with all supporting utility infrastructure.
• Developing the design process, considering Quality, Sustainability, Value & time frame.
• Excellent Communication skills along with Proven leadership and organizational abilities.
• A strong experience in dealing with contour, Steep Slopes, & Grading the Topography for a homogeneous & innovative urban design.
• Capability of organizing & managing the Design Process & achieving Goals with a High-spirited Team.
• Enjoys a distinguishing Experience in Landscaping, adds a Recognizable Character to the Planning Process which appears clearly in The Harmony of the Final Product.
• Extensive Experience in Design Management & Supervising the Master Planning Process.
• Experience in Managing Designs & Coordinating/following up with authorities to obtain required approvals.
• Experience in providing Master Planning Solutions to the mountainous urban projects & grading the topography.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time considering Time, Cost & Resources with huge success & client Recognition.
