- Preparation of details drawings & coordinating with MEP Drawings
- Architectural & interior detail drawings checking
- Coordination of Structural, Structural steel, plumbing, Firefighting & AC Consultants
- Preparation of Area statement & As built drawings
- Preparation of External site work detail drawing
- Preparation of Scheme drawing, working drawing, Electrical layout, DM Drawings, Elevations & Sections, Toilet details, Casement details, Staircase details, False ceiling details, Electrical layout & Coloured Elevations.
- Checking BOQ with reference to the drawings.
- Quality control and standardising office drawing before issuing for GFC.
- Coordination with Fit-out contractor and fabricator.
- Allocating works and schedules to team members
