Senior Architect
About the role
Are you ready to design the future? We’re looking for a talented Senior Architect to join a forward-thinking design consultancy in Dubai, someone who’s passionate about architecture, creative flair, and driving innovative projects from concept through to completion.
As a Senior Architect, you’ll take the lead on exciting developments across the region, working within a dynamic and collaborative team that values design excellence and technical precision. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated architect who thrives in a fast-paced, design-led environment and loves seeing ideas come to life.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Leading projects across all design stages, from concept and schematic design through detailed design and IFC documentation
- Guiding and mentoring junior team members to deliver coordinated, high-quality architectural solutions
- Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to bring creativity, functionality, and innovation to every project
- Driving design reviews, client presentations, and project coordination efforts to ensure seamless delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 8+ years of professional experience, with at least a few years working in the UAE market
- Proven experience as a Project Architect, leading projects from design through delivery
- Strong conceptual design ability with technical exposure through SD, DD, and IFC stages
- Proficiency in Revit is an absolute must
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
