Hayley Dyer.
I embarked on my recruitment career in 1999 when I was headhunted by Hays while doing part-time work in my father’s architectural practice. My journey really began when I worked at Matchtech and then made my mark setting up the architectural desk at Hill McGlynn (now Randstad). In 2007, I took a leap of faith and started my own firm, AE Recruitment.
Over the years, the recruitment landscape has evolved dramatically with the advent of the internet, technology, social business networks, and AI. However, one thing remains constant: the way job seekers approach their search. Recognising this, in 2019, we launched an online career coaching platform to educate and support job seekers. This platform not only helps them get noticed but also shifts their perception of career development. We believe that every individual should consider themselves as their own business – their own personal “business of one.” Our mission is to empower job seekers with the tools and mindset they need to succeed in today’s competitive job market.
